Return & Exchange Policy
1. No Returns
At The Sai Jewellery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for eligible items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item and for shipping the new item to you.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or repair, at our discretion. Provide the following information:
