Return & Exchange Policy

1. No Returns
At The Sai Jewellery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Exchange Policy

We take pride in our quality but understand that issues can occur.

🔄 We offer exchange only, not refunds, under these conditions:

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You provide photo/video evidence as proof.
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

⚠️ No exchanges are allowed:

  • After 48 hours from delivery
  • For customized or sale items
  • If the item shows signs of use or wear
